REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
The ‘In person’ registration fee includes all materials, meals and beverages during the Convention, attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Convention Dinner. The registration fee does not cover travel, accommodation or personal expenses.
The Virtual registration fee includes virtual attendance at all plenary sessions only. Attendance at breakout sessions is limited to in-person attendees.

Note: The CTA will not process accommodation requests, delegates are to make their own arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the CTA before 6 October 2025. A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee per person will apply after this date, however registration may be transferred to another person in the event of being unable to attend.
