REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
The ‘In person’ registration fee includes all materials, meals and beverages during the Convention, attendance at the Welcome Travelling Delegates Dinner and the Convention Dinner. The registration fee does not cover travel, accommodation or personal expenses.
The ‘Virtual registration’ fee includes virtual attendance at all plenary sessions and breakout sessions hosted in the Grand Ballroom.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the CTA before Friday 5 June 2026. A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee per person will apply after this date, however registration may be transferred to another person in the event of being unable to attend.
