REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
The ‘In person’ registration fee includes all materials, meals and beverages during the Convention,attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Convention Dinner. The registration fee does not covertravel, accommodation or personal expenses.The Virtual registration fee includes virtual attendance at all plenary sessions only. Attendance at breakout sessions is limited to in-person attendees.

Payment:
A tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of the completed registration form – payment is required within 7 days and can be made by Cheque, EFT, Visa and Mastercard.

ACCOMMODATION RECOMMENDATION
Note: The CTA will not process accommodation requests, delegates are to make their own arrangements.
The CTA recommends delegates stay at the Shangri-La and has arranged a corporate discounted rate of $450 per night, including breakfast or 10% off the best available rate for those attending the Convention. Please call the hotel directly to receive the delegate discounted rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the CTA before 2 October 2022. A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee per person will apply after this date, however registration may be transferred to another person in the event of being unable to attend.
