REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
The ‘In person’ registration fee includes all materials, meals and beverages during the Convention, attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Convention Dinner.
The registration fee does not cover travel, accommodation or personal expenses.
The Virtual registration fee includes virtual attendance at all plenary sessions only. Attendance at breakout sessions is limited to in-person attendees.

Members $1,000 (GST inclusive)

Payment:
A tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of the completed registration form – payment is required within 7 days and can be made by Cheque, EFT, Visa and Mastercard.

Note: The CTA will not process accommodation requests, delegates are to make their own arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the CTA before 17 October 2022. A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee per person will apply after this date, however registration may be transferred to another person in the event of being unable to attend.
